A very nice genuine Sapphire measuring 14mm by 13mm, I seldom come across them. It is a rich deep blue faceted gemstone surrounded by genuine Topaz and Amethyst too. All set in .925 sterling silver with a Rhodium overlay for durability and beauty. Notice the attention to detail, the surrounding gems are encircled in yellow gold overlay. This is a custom made, one of a kind treasure. Larger sized gemstones will have natural inclusions which is normal. Gemstones in the several thousand dollar range will have less. This is a very nice gemstone at this price point. Size 8, Resize at your jeweler.

Most full service jewelers are equipped to do professional ring sizing or offer ring guards at affordable pricing. Care of your gemstone jewelry is key to being a good steward of your treasures. Never expose your jewelers to detergents, chlorine and other chemicals. Do polish gently with a soft cloth, use care when going to the beach, most jewelry is lost there due to slippery sunscreens and water. Do get the prongs on your jewelry checked semi annually if you wear them a lot as some will inadvertently tangle their rings or necklaces on fabrics and knits.
